Biosecurity Applications
As part of the project, we have developed several interactive applications to help farmers and vets with biosecurity. These include:
- AI Curated Biosecurity Advice: In this app we have used Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help collate a curated set of documents on biosecurity into advice that is easily interpretable.
- Johne's Disease Herd Value Tool In this app we have created a tool that helps farmers investigated what impact Johne's disease might have on the value of their herd.
- Our 'Sampling on the Hoof' Game In this game you can explore the difference imperfect tests make on your ability to know whether to treat your herd for a fictious disease.
